Description

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Benefits & Wellness Specialist they will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of employee benefits, compliance regulations, and wellness trends to design and deliver comprehensive benefits packages that attract and retain talent while promoting employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability insurance, and other voluntary benefits.

  • Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to manage benefits enrollment, claims resolution, and annual renewals.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of benefits data and compliance with legal requirements.

  • Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design wellness programs, activities, and resources that support a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback.

  • Organize wellness events, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage employees in health-related topics.

    Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in benefits administration, wellness program management, or related HR functions.

  • Thorough knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and benefits administration platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing organizational needs.
