Robert Half Home Comfort Division - Permits Coordinator/Customer Service in Middle River, Maryland

Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for a local Energy/Natural Resources industry. This role is based in Middle River, Maryland, United States and involves a significant amount of customer interaction and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and efficiently process permitting paperwork

• Exhibit proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel to ensure efficient work operations

• Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues

• Ensure accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Coordinate dispatch and scheduling activities to ensure seamless operations

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with clients over phone and email

• Exhibit strong multitasking skills by simultaneously engaging with clients and documenting within the proprietary system

• Ensure quality assurance through thorough review and validation processes

• Thrive in a high volume, deadline-driven call center environment

• Demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a call center environment, showcasing exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in records maintenance to ensure accurate and updated documentation of all permit-related activities

• Proven customer service skills, with an emphasis on providing timely and efficient responses to inquiries and concerns

• Proficiency in data entry, specifically alphanumeric, ensuring accurate and swift input of information

• Prior CSR or customer service experience, highlighting a customer-centric approach and ability to handle complex situations

• Experience in filing systems, with the ability to organize, manage and retrieve documents effectively

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and producing detailed reports

• Ability to produce detailed reports, providing comprehensive insights and updates on permit-related activities TalentMatch®
