    Your role.

    Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Project manage strategic solution delivery initiatives, to include planning, scheduling, scope management, risk management, issue management, financial and resource management, and change management. Projects could be waterfall, agile, or hybrid.

  • Lead agile technology and business teams through early formation and project definition phases, through design, build, and implementation.

  • Contribute to evolving our agile project management skillsets, methodologies, and DevOps operating models across the firm.

  • Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, and to resolve competing priorities.

    The qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or related degree required.

  • 5-6 years experience and demonstrated success in Project Management required; PMI or similar certification is a plus.

  • Experience in Product Management a plus.

  • A self-starter who owns the outcomes of work; follows through on commitments; and sees things through to completion.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and project team size, and other responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Background in Software Engineering, Agile SDLC, or Data Analytics/BI solution delivery

  • Ensure appropriate standards (i.e. project methodology, SDLC, solution delivery, and operational norms) are followed, as well as follow and improve standard PMO processes.

  • Ability to manage projects of moderate to high complexity.

  • Experience in implementing solutions with resources spread across geographically, including onshore/nearshore/offshore.

  • Effective presentation skills and stakeholder management.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.

  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language

  • This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

    Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

    Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

    Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

    Colorado monthly base range is as follows:

    $8,333.33 to $12,500.00

    We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
