Job Title: Customer Outreach/ROW Specialist

Job Description

Seeking a proactive and communicative professional to join our Customer Outreach team, supporting the Storm Secure Underground Program in the Miami/Dade area. This role involves connecting with service customers, explaining program details, and securing necessary documents and signatures for utility easements to successfully close out projects. Key responsibilities include driving to various locations to meet with property owners, discussing and agreeing on equipment placements, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout all project stages. The role also requires organizing and submitting documentation electronically and coordinating special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • This is a driving role and own vehicle must be used

  • Responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer.

  • Discussing the SSUP project details to service customers

  • Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms.

  • Customer outreach will also include on-going communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

  • Organize and submit document electronically to the support team

  • Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.

  • Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors.

  • Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans.

  • Coordinate special projects as assigned.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Miami Gardens, Florida. Field-based position in Miami area, using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Work hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with occasional adjustments to accommodate customer availability. Jeans and Steel-Toe Boots required for fieldwork, with PPE provided.
