Robert Half is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will directly support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. This role involves contributing to content strategy development, coordinating with our external social media agency, and handling various daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will continuously research and integrate the latest trends in content creation, understand algorithm shifts, explore new digital platforms, and devise strategies to enhance our brand’s reach and engagement on all social media channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine our social media content strategies across all platforms.

  • Analyze social media metrics to guide strategic decisions (optimal posting times, content types, caption guidelines, etc.).

  • Manage content schedules to ensure consistent engagement and maximum reach.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to organize social media calendars for content teams.

  • Provide critical feedback on content and participate in content creation as needed.

  • Ensure timely scheduling and publication of all social media posts.

  • Handle daily community management tasks to foster audience engagement.

  • Support and participate in live event coverage and social media reporting as necessary.

  • Stay updated with current best practices for creating engaging social media content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok trends).

  • Work closely with media production teams to produce dynamic content that drives interaction.

  • Partner with the design team to develop content and review marketing materials.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in managing social media platforms.

  • College or Associate degree preferred.

  • A strong passion for the entertainment industry and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills suitable for a collaborative work environment.

  • Detail-oriented with an ability to autonomously anticipate needs and challenges.

  • Team player capable of building robust internal and external relationships.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in social media publishing and analytics tools, as well as basic design software.

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
