Citigroup Product Performance Management Lead Specialist in Miami, Florida
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Performance Management Lead Specialist for its Miami, Florida location.
Duties: Coordinate market and ecosystem developments, and lead mid- and long-term strategy to position Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS). Liaise with TTS Heads and Market Managers in the country and cluster and regional teams to execute strategies to continuously gain market share for Digital solutions, transactions, deposits, and assets volumes, and fee revenue growth. Manage an effective partnership with Latin American (LATAM) TTS Product, Segment Heads, TTS Operations, Implementation Management, and Service Management teams, as well as key control function areas, including Operational Risk Management (ORM), Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance, Sanctions, Operations and Technology Risk and Control (OTRC), Legal, Financial, and Control (Fincon), to ensure proper and timely execution of tactical and strategic initiatives that support deal execution and TTS infrastructure. Ensure a sound control environment based on regulatory and internal policies with the correct Risk and Return balance, efficiency, and profitability. Set strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of existing digital solutions among the clients, leveraging on all relationship units at regional and country level, as well as Service Units. Lead efforts to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key digital players, including Local Regulators, Central Banks, Fintechs, and Disruptors that support the enhancement of product offering and digital solutions for customer target market. Identify, negotiate, and implement possible strategic alliances with Fintechs and digital disruptors. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and 5 years of experience as a Product Performance Management Senior Specialist, Senior Specialist, Head of Product Management or related position working with Cash Management products within the global financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the stated fields and 7 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Full term of experience must include: Risk management; Operational risk; Anti Money Laundering (AML); Compliance sanctions; and Digital transformation.
