We are looking for an experienced painter for high-end furniture, who will be collaborating with the design and production teams to understand color requirements and achieve the desired look.
Responsibilities:
Prepare furniture surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming as required, primarily using spray paint for various finishes.
Ensure each piece is finished accurately and consistently, meeting our quality standards.
Work closely with the design and production teams to understand and achieve the desired color requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and disposal of paints and materials.
Regularly maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure it functions at its best.

Requirements: Proven experience as a painter in the furniture or related industry. vast knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques. Attention to detail and precision in achieving desired color and finish. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills to meet production deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and projects.

Responsibilities
Preparing furniture surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming as needed (spray paint mainly, different finishes). Ensuring that each piece receives an accurate and consistent finish, adhering to our quality standards.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
