TEKsystems Operations Coordinator in Miami, Florida

Job Title: Operations CoordinatorJob Description

Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge articles to enhance the recruitment process and streamline knowledge sharing within the team. Monitor and update chatbot topics and content to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure accurate and relevant responses for candidates and internal teams. Assist with compiling recruitment reports and tracking key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process. Create and maintain enablement resources for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, consistent, and effective across all stages of hiring. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, project meetings, and collaborative sessions to ensure seamless team collaboration and efficient workflows. Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity across all recruitment platforms. Design, update, and maintain the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site to ensure it contains the most current information, resources, and documentation for the TA team. This includes ensuring that content is organized, accessible, and aligned with team needs.

Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, or a related field

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Work Environment

Onsite 5 times a week in the Miami office to start. Post-training: will work 3 to 4 days a week in the Miami office and 1-2 days from home. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.84
