Insight Global Office Manager in Miami, Florida

Job Description

Salary: 55-60k

My client that is a national government relations and public affairs firm, is looking for an office manager/contracts admin to join their team locally in Miami. This individual will wear a lot of hats that mainly fall into 3 areas - office organization, contracts/proposals and accounting. For the office organization portion, they will be responsible for aligning resource allocation with the specific needs and dynamics of each office, ordering supplies as needed, overseeing/managing the events calendar, etc. For the contracts/proposals portion, they will be responsible for assisting the COO with creating and executing all client engagements and monthly reports, as well as Assisting with administrative support, compliance reporting, and special projects, as needed. Lastly, for the accounting portion, they will process invoices & expenses, ensuring the accounting department has all needed information in a timely manner, as well as depositing checks on a daily basis. Being organized, driven, and coachable is very important to being successful in this role. With huge room for growth within the organization, they are looking for someone eager to learn and grow with them.

Skills and Requirements

  • MUST have experience drafting/coordinating contracts

  • Budget/accounting experience: processing invoicing and expenses

  • Event coordination: managing logistics of events (fundraisers, conferences, and other special occasion)

  • Office administration: calendar managements, ordering supplies, office militances

  • Google Sheets and Google Suite - Fluent in English and Spanish null
