A line cook plays a vital role within each of our store units. The line cook is primarily responsible for prepping, assembling, and finishing off all food assembly items within our kitchens. They keep an eye on quality control and consistency of our food according to Pura Vida's standards. They are able to multitask and work under pressure to create the perfect finalized plate in a timely fashion while paying close attention to detail while following recipes, and maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
Requirements:
Team Player!
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift 50lbs.
Attention to detail.
Must have high levels of food quality, hygiene and restaurant standards.
Food handler certified preferred.
