Robert Half Inventory Analyst in Miami, Florida

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Analyst to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry, based in Miami, Florida. The role involves maintaining and analyzing inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting in various customer service tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with field managers to record and reconcile daily inventory counts

• Receive, confirm, approve, and log BL's with precision

• Draft detailed monthly reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies and other relevant statistical data

• Compile weekly and monthly reports documenting the shipping and delivery of orders

• Manage customer delivery documents and reporting such as traceability, survey reports, shipping documents, etc.

• Perform order entry of BLs into the ERP system

• Analyze product inventory regularly, working closely with brokers, installations, and surveyors

• Assist in root cause analysis on inventory inaccuracies to determine reasons for variances

• Maintain and update contracts and data accurately

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data entry and inventory analysis tasks.

Requirements

• Possess proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites is essential

• Experience with About Time software is desirable

• Must have experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling

• Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary

• Data Entry skills are required

• Must have a good understanding of Inventory Analysis

• Previous experience in a Wholesale Distribution industry is preferable

• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
