Robert Half Financial Analyst in Miami, Florida
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills and a deep understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budget vs. actual analyses.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Analyze investment opportunities and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Assist with financial audits and compliance activities as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bilingual-fluent in spanish and english preferred
