Robert Half Financial Analyst in Miami, Florida

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills and a deep understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budget vs. actual analyses.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.

  • Analyze investment opportunities and assess their potential impact on the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Assist with financial audits and compliance activities as needed.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA is a plus.

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bilingual-fluent in spanish and english preferred
