Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing B2B collections, processing customer credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B collections and resolve any issues related to commercial collections.

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.

• Handle customer service inquiries related to accounts receivable and resolve them effectively.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Assist in cash collections and ensure they are performed in accordance with company policies.

• Work closely with the accounting team to assist in clerk job functions.

• Implement strategies to resolve customer service issues promptly.

• Ensure the effective management of commercial and consumer collections.

• Support the team in other accounting assistant tasks as required. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections is necessary.

• Previous experience in a clerk job is required.

• Knowledge of cash collections is essential.

• Experience in commercial collections is advantageous.

• Familiarity with credit collections is beneficial.

• Proficiency in customer service and ability to resolve customer service issues is required.

• Experience in consumer collections is a plus.

• Prior experience as an assistant is beneficial.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field is advantageous.

• Familiarity with financial software is a plus.
