Responsible for collecting and analyzing information from subsidiary service & repair centers and Service distributors in LAD region, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of potential improvement. This may involve using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or specific service management software; focused on identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction, through the creation of detailed reports highlighting key points identified from data analysis.

  • Management of master and user system data (Endonavi/IISE/Global SID)

  • Data management in Projects, New Launch Plans, New and discontinued Repairs (NRI)/Spare Parts

  • Creation, maintenance, standardization, and analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for global teams, regional subsidiaries and distributors

  • Support with data in spare parts planning operations.

  • Data accuracy management

  • Providing data support for regional managers (distributors and subsidiaries)

  • Technical documentation management

  • Monitoring of implementations and optimizations

  • Regional corrective action document management

Requerimientos del puesto

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or engineering required or a related field.

  • +2 years of experience in programming and database.

  • Advanced level of Power BI.

  • Advanced level of Excel.

  • Advanced level of Smartsheet.

  • Advanced level in SQL.

  • Availability to travel 40% (international)

  • Technical English reading and writing.

  • Spoken English
