Amazon SSRM Account Executive, Seller Account Manager in Mexico City, Mexico

The Account Executive will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products in www.amazon.com.mx and manage the portfolio to grow their sales.

Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, also you will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) – helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems and tools.

Key job responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

· Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.

· Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned territory. Execute successfully on the plan recommended

· Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience

· Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards

· Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory

· Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.

· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.

About the team

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional or military experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
