Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Project Manager is responsible to lead the end-to-end deployment of AVT solutions, collaborating with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Support teams. You serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, ensuring the successful delivery and installation of AVT equipment and software while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and will be remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Manage, steer & lead project implementations and assure synchronization between plan andreality (time management / check point responsibility).

• Oversee the successful transition of the project from sales & pre-sales into deployment toensure continuous provision of a high level of care to the client.

• Track process of Pre-Sale, Pre Order and Orders

• Coordinate resource planning and deliverables, ensuring that customer commitments are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager and strong client consulting and relationship building skills

• Ability to travel 20% nationally and regionally as required

• Advancedenglish

• Extensive experience in AVT installation of hardware & software is a plus
