Amazon Program Manager, LATAM First Mile, ECCF Central Team in Mexico City, Mexico

Description

We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will create solutions to optimize our First Mile operations across Amazon's Transportation network. Our team's scope includes all emerging countries, and this role will be focused on the LATAM region (Mexico and Brazil).

We are looking for a Program Manager to design, drive and improve our First Mile operations solutions in Mexico and Brazil, benchmarking with best-in-class operations WW, and innovating to solve for country-specific challenges.

This person will work closely with global stakeholders and teams (e.g. Account Managers, Operations, Legal, Tech) and own driving the timeline and deliverables of multi-year projects.

Key job responsibilities

  • Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading, and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in if needed.

  • Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical and administrative functions of the assigned program.

  • Communicate effectively across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program.

  • Work with technology teams to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.

  • Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
