With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.

Within Amazon Flex we are rapidly growing as we stand up new business models to facilitate rapid growth for Amazon. This role affords an opportunity to work on the cutting edge of innovation, while facilitating creation of new business models. As the Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business, you will own developing new business opportunities to utilize the Flex delivery partner network. To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including data science, technology, operations, and marketing.

Some of the key job functions of the Program Manager are:

  • Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on all strategic new business initiatives.

  • Support new product and program launches including working with other programs and product management team leaders that wish to leverage Flex as a last mile solution.

  • Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Fluent English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
