Job Description
We are in search of a highly capable and diligent Human Resources Analyst with a proven focus on projects, critical metrics, and digital tools. The ideal candidate will possess a validated understanding of HR processes and possess the ability to successfully implement technology to improve HR practices. The main responsibilities of this role will include analyzing HR data, leading projects, and optimizing digital tools to drive HR performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate HR data and establish critical metrics to evaluate and be responsible for HR performance in areas including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead HR projects, ensuring timely completion and consistency to project goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and standard processes in HR analytics and digital HR tools.
Apply project management methodologies to plan, complete, and lead HR initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines and budgets.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports and Power BI dashboards using digital tools and software.
Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in HR analytics, digital tools, and technology to find opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role. You should also have a consistent track record of leading HR projects and using digital tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, prioritize, analyze, and interpret HR data.
Proficiency in applying digital tools, spreadsheets and software for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, lead timelines, and deliver results.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Experience with HR information systems and digital tools.
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated HR data to partners.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.
Collaboration and partnership skills.
Portuguese would be an advantage.
English advanced level.
