The Opportunity

We are at a very exciting stage of evolution at Netflix. As we experience growth in our employee population, lines of business, geographical footprint, and the heterogeneity of our workforce, it is imperative that the Talent function evolves accordingly, to shape and support this progress. One of the most critical parts of this evolution is the foundation upon which we can scale personalized and inclusive experiences for the workforce. The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team is primarily responsible for developing this ecosystem. The broad composition of the team includes Lifecycle operations (all workflows across the candidate, employee, and contingent talent journey), Data and Analytics, Technology strategy, and Global Programs (like Benefits, Mobility, Employee Health, Accessibility, etc.).

TEO's Effectiveness role in the region is focused on the effective and efficient performance of our operation, embedding a customer-centered services perspective towards an integrated and holistic employee experience strategy for Netflix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the holistic business, organizational, and employee context/needs in LATAM, and help shape the roadmap for this foundational ecosystem, in conjunction with Talent strategy in the region.

  • Operationalize the strategy execution in LATAM by translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and well-defined priorities for the region in sync with TEO's global strategy.

  • Accountable for leading and creating a sense of community and engagement across a diverse group of teams; aligning teams to deliver services, manage cross-team collaboration, share insights, and improve overall processes.

  • Drive the connective tissue and alignment across our operations, analytics, and technology strategy so that our priorities, delivery, etc., drive progress toward our strategic milestones.

  • Effective project management through facilitating cross-functional collaboration, connecting central and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations integration,

  • Co-design and deliver TEO global solutions: serve as an extension of central teams to deliver and maintain a holistic infrastructure roadmap (including processes, tools, and systems)

  • Drive and participate in systems/tools testing, ensuring regional relevance for design, implementation, and adoption.

  • Establish greater adoption and utilization by the regional team of our Talent Analytics products (understanding metrics, navigation, and tool utilization) and partner with stakeholders on evolving offerings.

  • Providing Data Integrity support: improve data quality and consistency within systems supporting audits, and monitoring protocols.

  • Accountable for enabling and overseeing quality and compliance, Knowledge Management, and ensuring work instructions are up-to-date and relevant.

  • Drive simplicity and operational excellence by focusing on continuous improvement of processes across TEO teams (workforce lifecycle).

  • Strengthen the regional team in the adoption and utilization of our Talent analytics products (understanding metrics, navigation, and utilization of tools), and partner with stakeholders on evolving current offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant equivalent experience of over 6 years preferably in product management, operations management, or portfolio management

  • Proven experience in delivering regional programs aligned with global initiatives/projects with knowledge of HRIS (experience with HCM and ATS, Workday is a plus).

  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong data management skills, including data analysis, data governance, and data reporting.

  • Strong business acumen, systems thinker, and effective project manager

  • Ability to quickly build trust, deal with ambiguity, and have good judgment.

  • Certifications in Agile and Six-Sigma methodologies preferred

  • Experience using Workday HCM, ATS preferred

  • Change Management skills: Familiarity or certification in change management principles

  • Interpersonal Skills: Great negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
