Position Overview:

The Corporate Accounting team is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst who will be a key contributor to the Company’s quarterly and annual SEC reporting processes. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and has a wide range of responsibilities integral to the corporate accounting function. Looking for a talented individual with the ability to grow and take on positions of increasing responsibility.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements and disclosures included in SEC filings (8Ks, 10Qs and 10K) and quarterly earnings releases

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing all corporate and divisional financial data supporting the SEC reporting process including footnote disclosures

  • Perform trial balance and balance sheet reviews on a monthly and quarterly cadence

  • Assist with all derivative journal entries and hedging transactions associated with the Company’s hedging program

  • Assist with journal entries related to corporate fixed assets and accounting for leases and acquisitions

  • Support SOX compliance with internal controls associated with the SEC reporting process

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Company’s SEC reporting processes

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting

  • CPA or working towards certification

  • Minimum 1-2 years of public accounting experience auditing SEC registrants

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven process improvement skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing industry experience a plus
