The Business Operations – Services and Operations Analyst serves a key role in supporting various areas of the operations team. These responsibilities may include the oversight of business compliance policies and procedure, conduction of risk and compliance audits, and executive leadership reports to document key findings from the audits. The analyst will also support sales cycle processes – partnering with sales, sales operations, finance, and other back-office teams to structure, create, review, and approve deals/contracts and expenses. This role offers a wide exposure to all aspects and areas of the growing cloud business – a great opportunity for candidates of varying levels of experience.
This position will require coordinating, communicating, and working effectively with customers, internal process owners, internal auditors, and all levels of management.

Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interprets, implements, and administers compliance policies, procedures, and practices to ensure proper risk mitigation for all areas of the NetSuite Customer Success business, in adherence with Oracle standards.
Maintain working knowledge of company compliance standards and policies.
Promote security knowledge and education within Customer Success.
Support Consulting groups in security and risk processes adoption.
Perform regular reviews and gap assessments on security adoption, compliance programs, and risk areas.
Work with Compliance Program Manager to address compliance issues identified by gap assessments.
Update and/or execute on new compliance policies as required.
Work with Enablement to create and deliver, as needed, effective Security and Compliance training and documentation.
Work with and support project management of internal compliance and audit teams
Investigates and drives efforts to resolve identified compliance issues and assesses the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
Develop and deliver compliance reports to executive leadership to provide data on audits and other key information needed to drive support.
Liaises/builds relationships with and supports collaboration between the Customer Success Operations Managers/Team, other Customer Success teams, Sales, Business/Consulting Operations and Finance to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
Execute operations project desk functions including, but not limited to contract research, deal structuring, business approvals, customer adjustments, estimates, order requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity.
Proactively identify issues in tasks related to operations project desk functions and collaborate with the appropriate parties to resolve them in a timely manner.
Develop and deliver reports to executive leadership on metrics related to project desk functions to provide visibility on trends and areas of action/support needed.
Liaise between internal Operations team members, Customer Success, Sales teams, Sales, Collection, Sales Operations, Billing Team, Customer Success Services Management, Finance, and Legal as required for operations project desk functions.
Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers and manager to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent or have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in IT Compliance or related field is required for this position.
Experience with PCI/PADSS, Data Privacy and related security policies, processes, and regulations an advantage.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, PeopleSoft FDM and Oracle eBusiness) security standards and implementation is preferred.
Preferably experienced in sales and billing analysis
Experience in consulting or project management is an advantage.
Exposure to cloud environment is a plus.
Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment.
An ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision is required.
Intermediate MS Word and MS Powerpoint skills required.
Above Average MS Excel skills is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a Consulting Compliance role is a plus.
