Inn of the Mountain Gods Ski Apache General Debris Laborer in Mescalero, New Mexico
The general labor cleanup is responsible for collecting trash, debris and other waste to keep the site clean and safe. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at managements discretion:
Debris Removal: Collect, load and dispose of debris, rubble, damage materials, and other waste caused by flooding and fire
Site cleanup: Clear walkways, roads, building, trails, and resort facilities of obstructions, ensuring the area is safe for staff and guest
Assisting in restoration efforts: Support the repair of damaged structures, including building, lifts, and other resort infrastructure under supervision
Hazardous material handling: Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials, including burned items and potential flood contaminates
Equipment operation: Operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, and light machinery
Safety compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment for all team members
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other laborers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Basic Maintenance: Assist in minor repairs to equipment or infrastructure
Other duties as assigned
