Meet the team:

Our Mesa Manufacturing Team owns the manufacturing, testing, packaging, and shipping of Dexcom G6 & G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes.

We are looking for driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our Mesa Manufacturing organization!

Where you come in:

  • You will be responsible for executing the production plan and yields within their production area.
  • You will oversee the training and complete training records for all manufacturing personnel.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing teams understands and complies with quality standards and requirements as documented.
  • You will develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
  • You will act as a liaison between manufacturing, R&D, and engineering to get engineering requests processed correctly and promptly.
  • You will be accountable for assisting with the efficient, safe and cost-effective operation of the department; for advising and making recommendations to the Manufacturing Manager with respect to these activities.
  • You will act as a coach and mentor to team members, including supervisors. Supports supervisors with people management issues and mentors on effective leadership.
  • You will projects and initiatives across the operations organization.

What makes you successful:

  • You have experience managing day-to-day assigned area operations, reviewing and reporting data, driving strategic decisions and leading Tier meetings with minimal oversight.
  • You are able to act as a back-up to manager as needed.
  • You have experience being the point of contact for shift concerns for all process areas (if assigned, includes night and weekend shifts).
  • You have led Root Cause Problem Solving sessions to drive continuous process improvement and acted as a continuous improvement Champion.
  • You have lead or engaged in quality investigations and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions).
  • You exercise good judgement within broadly defined practices a d policies and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • You articulate manufacturing processes clearly and effectively for training and walking through audits.
  • You have experience developing and promoting programs and standardization across teams/shifts.

Experience and Education Requirements :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor\'s degree with 6-8 years of industry experience
  • Formal Management/team lead experience
