Join a Growing Healthcare Call Center Here in the Valley!
Place high-volume outbound calls to current customers who currently use us as their healthcare provider
Discuss promotional activities with customers provided on their current healthcare plan
Promote survey opportunities with customers and encourage feedback on the plan and experience
Main Position Details:
Schedule: Must be open to working anywhere Monday - Friday between the hours of 5:00am - 6:00pm
Location: 100% Remote. All equipment will be provided
2+ years of customer service call center experience
1+ year of experience within the healthcare industry is preferred
1+ year of experience working remotely is preferred
A quiet, distraction free work environment (must be in a separate room with a closed door without other people in it) which includes a desk/table and a chair to work at
Must have reliable internet - must be able to hardwire into the modem
