Raising Arizona Preschool Mesa (Formerly Love & Learn Preschool) is seeking to hire one amazing Early Head Start (EHS) teacher that has passion for kids and wants an amazing job. We have a wonderful company & treat people right. We are looking for a teacher who either has an associate or bachelor\'s degree, but a current CDA is the minimum requirement for the Early Head Start program and will be accepted for this job. (If you really want this job and do not have a CDA, we have an exemption to be able to hire the right applicant, if they are willing to put in the work after hours to get a CDA. It must be completed within 4 months.)

Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Negative TB test
- 1 year experience in a Licensed Childcare setting
- EHS requires a CDA or that you are willing to work towards CDA
Non-CDA wage- Base Hourly: \$18 (must be enrolled in CDA program)
Upon Completion of CDA (or if you have a CDA) Base Hourly wage: \$19
If you have an AA/Bachelors in ECE \$20
**EHS program is lower ratios for kiddos that need more care. EHS requires a minimum of 1 year commitment. You must have a CDA or higher education to participate in the EHS program. An applicant who doesn\'t have a CDA can have up to 4 months to get a CDA that will be paid for by EHS.
