- ! What you will be doing as an Avionics Technician :
In this role, you can expect to perform functional testing, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems on board aircraft at a Textron Aviation Service Center. Your expertise will ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Analyze Electrical Malfunctions : Diagnose routine electrical issues using equipment like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and continuity lights
Perform Minor Repairs : Replace wires and connectors on standard electrical components
Assist with Complex Repairs : Support the analysis and repair of more complicated malfunctions under supervisor guidance
Install Components : Install electrical and electronic components as directed
What you need to be successful:
A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license is helpful
Experience related to aircraft avionics or maintenance is helpful
