The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time VehicleCleaner and Fueler to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. What will you do?
Remove trash, clean seats, sweep and mop floors, and clean other interior areas of the vehicles.
Wash and buff the outside windows of the vehicles.
Drive vehicles between cleaning and storage areas or to field locations when required.
Perform minor repairs and refurbishment to internal fixtures of the vehicles as directed.
Always maintain a safe and clean working area in line with company regulations and policies.
More about you
At least 3 months experience driving 35′ to 45′ vehicles.
Minimum of 3 months experience using automatic bus vehicle wash systems.
Possess a valid Florida Class B Commercial Driver’s License with the ‘P’ Endorsement required.
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Constant standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive motions.
Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
Requires work outdoors in all weather conditions and on coaches with the presence of fumes, dust, and noise.
