YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
The demonstrated ability to lead and support a team
The drive and passion to provide outstanding customer service
The ability to act as a true brand ambassador as you train the team to deliver the highest quality of service
Strong business awareness and a working understanding of hotel operations
First aid and RSA certification , or be willing to obtain
Experience within a supervisory role within Hospitality/Tourism
A working knowledge of PMS Merlin or similar advantageous
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Leading the Front Office team to provide exceptional customer service
Manage the day-to-day operations in line with budget guidelines
Complete daily and monthly reports as required
Proactively work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores, revenue and employee engagement
Play an active role in on boarding, training and development of Front Office colleagues
Ensure the wellbeing and safety of guests and colleagues acting as the emergency warden
