Vontier Customer Success Specialist - HYBRID in Meridian, Idaho

Description

The Customer Success Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for our marketing campaign solution tool. This person will partner with customers to provide the best possible experience when building marketing campaigns. The Customer Success Specialist will be self-motivated and outgoing, and proficient at building relationships.

Essential Functions:

Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, one or more of the following:

  • Applies knowledge of potential markets and applications of products; develops and maintains working relationships with current customers within the industry and current markets.

  • Effective follow-up on all support requests.

  • Reports all daily customer activity via Salesforce and effectively maintains the records.

  • Tracks the status of customers, installation projects, and support requests.

  • Learns and applies basic knowledge of product offerings from DRB.

  • Consults with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support, as needed.

  • Supporting customers in developing and managing client promotions and campaigns and their related deliverables and tasks.

  • Assisting the customer and other team members in developing new campaign ideas and client solutions.

  • Willing to help build new processes, training documentation, and other needs associated with launching a new product.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience with building marketing campaigns, customer service, and operating in an office environment.

  • Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency with online webtools and HTML troubleshooting. Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid United States Driver’s license.

  • Other Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally to

attend trade shows and visit existing and potential customers. Ability to self-direct and work remotely. Experience working out of a home office is a plus.
