TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Meridian, Idaho
Currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a medical equipment company in Meridian, ID!
Job Description
Answer 8-10 incoming calls per hour, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
Verify customer identity and contact information upon receiving a call.
Confirm and discuss the customer's medical supply needs.
Ensure that applicable prescriptions are up to date and valid
Transfer customer information to the proper internal department if additional order processing is required
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Previous call center experience is a plus
Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75
