We are looking for a Delivery Support Administrator to join our growing team in the Contract Manufacturing Organization. This role will be responsible for assisting in the outsourced manufacturing of Rockwell Automation products. The Delivery Support Administrator actively participates in the execution and development of effective outsourcing processes and procedures. The Delivery Support Administrator performs clerical tasks in the production control function, posts, and files inventory records and production schedules. This role also estimates and records production rates, prepares shop orders, and reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements. This role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and developing efficient practices. You will report to the Regional NA Manager - Contract Manufacturing and work onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Your Responsibilities: Tracking supplier performance Data collection and analysis Coordination and participation in supplier audits Process creation and improvement activities The creation of supplier quote requests Documenting current processes Monitoring and reporting out on material status Generating material pick tickets Processing material returns Verifying and confirming labor invoices Requesting and coordinating shipments to and from suppliers Other duties as assigned The Essentials - You Will Have: High School Diploma or GED and equivalent relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
