We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented team member with a strong mechanical background who takes great pride in their work and would be proud to put their name on every product that leaves our premises. We are in search of someone passionate about creating superior products with the help of our committed machine-building team in a cooperative atmosphere. It requires a collective effort to build our products. Hours of work are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive wages, benefits and overtime/bonus opportunities.

Overall expectations: 1) Be self-sufficient in welder setup and performing quality welding workmanship 2) Be competent and efficient in manual fit-up of complex machinery 3) Demonstrate proper shop safety procedures 4) Be proficient in basic fabrication, band saw, drill press, drill & tap, etc. Duties:

• Develop welding projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assembly; understanding requirements; determining and executing appropriate welding techniques.
• Fit-up equipment according to drawings, maintaining high level of workmanship and accuracy. Be resourceful to solve problems and make it work.
• Fabricates components by using equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces; setting-up and measuring assemblies; selecting appropriate method.
• Verifies welding results by inspecting and testing welds.
• Document actions by completing records. Maintain compliance with ISO9001 quality management system.
• Maintains safe work environment by following procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
