The Role Join STERIS as a Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation and leverage your expertise to make a significant impact. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Demand Generation, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing marketing communications campaigns that deliver tangible business results across various markets and business units. As a versatile communications professional with experience in both digital and traditional media, you will craft clear, credible, and compelling marketing strategies for product launches, major events, and ongoing campaigns that align with strategic business goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement within the Communications function and enhancing the STERIS brand. What You'll Do Digital Messaging Campaigns Oversee communications campaigns and programs to ensure they meet performance goals, stay within budget, and adhere to schedule. Lead all email marketing efforts, including database development and maintenance, template creation, campaign execution, nurturing activities, and tracking metrics. Analyze and report on the results of website and marketing campaigns to inform strategies and improve efficiencies. Provide creative input and strategicdirection for webpage development. Guide social media interactions within business units by: Developing and adhering to social media guidelines. Actively monitoring social media activity. Craft engaging, lead-focused content for Marcom-supported activities such as tradeshows, webinars, LinkedIn posts, e-blasts, Google Ads, and more. Manage STERIS-hosted industry webinars and coordinate content creation with the product management team. Communication Strategies & Tactics Develop and implement communication strategies and tactics aligned with the business units' sales and marketing objectives. Maintain the digital content calendar and oversee the approval process. Ensure compliance with COM 100 standards. Assist in planning and managing the annual digital campaign budget and expenditures. Vendor Relationship Management and Media Buying Oversee key supplier relationships with global industry publications, media sellers, and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads/Analytics). Develop media buying proposals for global print and digital campaigns. Manage the Google Ads account for Life Sciences. Manage the LinkedIn Advertising account for Life Sciences. Create ad schedules and allocate budgets for both print and digital campaigns. Handle all media buying insertion orders, purchase orders, and invoices. What You'll Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Minimum of 1yeardiverse B2B or B2C digital marketing and communications experience Demonstrated experience working in e-mail marketing tools Ability to work collaboratively with IT, web developers, and creative to develop, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns. Strong Excel skills and ability to create data visualization, dashboards, etc. A thorough understanding of digital/social media marketing, digital production, web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to analyze data.
