UW - STOUT Inventory Control Coordinator II in MENOMONIE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20728 OFFICIAL UW TITLE: Inventory Control Coordinator INTRODUCTION: INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR II Facilities Management is hiring for an exciting, fast paced position within our warehouse/receiving area. This is an independent position that ensures stock supply is maintained, resolves discrepancies, and ensures shipping and receiving is performed according to UW System established policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain storeroom inventory; enter updated levels in computerized maintenance management system, TMA; reorder based on minimum quantities. Generate inventory reports; research new products; communicate with technicians and supervisors on appropriate inventory levels. Organize storeroom inventory floor plan. Coordinate regular physical inventory counts. Identify and remove unused material or damaged stock from inventory shelves and TMA. Coordinate shipping and receiving; receive, inspect and approve delivered materials. Enter material/inventory received into TMA. Replenish inventory bins. Identify problems, discrepancies, shipment variations prior to approving documents for receipt and payment. Operate forklifts and delivery vehicles.
