Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Real Estate Co in the Menomonee Falls WI area for a Maintenance Technician role to assist their team. This is an Onsite role.

Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: ONSITE – Menomonee Falls WI

Duration: 3 months

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4 pm

Pay: $24 per hour.

Job Description

  • Servicing client personnel, with clogged drains, will be doing some pm work on HVAC, changing belts and filters.

  • Public facing, customer service. Requests come in through CMMS or shoulder taps from personnel.

  • First line of support.

  • A variety of work.

  • Will be working during open hours and public is here.

You will need to have:

  • Years of Experience needed: 1- years of experience

  • Level of Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Systems/Software proficiencies: PC competency, Word & Excel, and Windows

Top Must have Skills:

  • Able to work all days and shifts, including overtime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays)

  • Previous experience in basic preventive/predictive maintenance & troubleshooting skills and repair methods

  • Previous experience or classwork in Mechanical and/or Electrical basic components

  • Previous experience with compressors and pneumatics

Top Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience or classwork in Dematic, Vanderlande

  • Understands the safe use of power tools including saws and drills

  • PC competency, Word & Excel, and Windows OS Previous experience with basic metal and wood fabrication. May include saws and drills.

  • Basic understanding of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
