What you will do

The Fire Install Sales Program Leader will manage and lead projects, programs, and/or other business initiatives to deliver growth and profitability within the BSNA Commercial space focused on the Fire Installation Business. This individual will facilitate and lead these programs cross-functionally with a heavy focus on program management and continuous improvement processes ensuring each function/domain/initiative owner manages their deliverables to meet the schedules, scopes, target achievement, and budget. The Fire Install Sales Program Leader will represent BSNA Commercial Operations at regular accountability and cadence meetings and will be responsible for clearly and concisely presenting the status and performance of all open projects to groups of leadership & stakeholders. Work is highly strategic in nature. The ideal candidate should come from a large, matrixed, global company handling this type of role. Looking for an executive leader who has strong change management expertise.

How you will do it

  • Lead cross-functional and cross-company teams, manage program overview including scope, budget, and schedule, and communicate team member expectations.

  • Lead team meetings with all functional areas to track progress, identify issues, and develop action plans.

  • Initiate, plan, and execute programs to deliver scope within budget and on-time, including: BSL content and training, ownership of Make it Safe Initiative, drive the ES Net initiative, manage Sales Commissions, Sales Manager onboarding, weekly/monthly sales leader calls, and more.

  • Operationalize through full implementations, including communications, education, tool enhancements, processes, policies, and change management.

  • Analyze data results, formulate improvement strategies, operationalize corrective actions, and own target completion.

  • Manage program critical paths and risks with transparency and robust mitigation plans.

  • Prepare for and report on program status communicating progress on identified issues.

  • Become an expert in the functionality of WAVE for initiative management and drive formal training.

  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical degree with 10 years of experience in project leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of field Fire commercial (Sales) business, CRM and ERP tools.

  • Proven change management success.

  • Ability to influence in a global matrix organization.

  • Excellent communication skills in a technical environment, including in front of C-level stakeholders.

  • Experience with structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools.

  • Good understanding of financial concepts.

  • Sales Management experience

  • Experience working in distributed field-based direct sales organizations.
