Aston Carter Chief Financial Officer in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage financial strategies that ensure the long-term success of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Lead the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow management, and adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.
Drive improvements in EBITDA through cost control, efficiency gains, and operational improvements across departments.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and long-term planning.
Spearhead initiatives to modernize and transform the finance function, focusing on increasing efficiency, automation, and a paperless environment through the use of tools like SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP systems.
Break down silos and foster collaboration across departments (purchasing, service, parts, invoicing, and global supply chain) to align financial goals with broader organizational objectives.
Guide the company through periods of financial difficulty, ensuring operational stability while positioning the company for growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, offering clear communication and empathetic guidance through organizational changes.
Build trust within the finance department and across the organization by fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Ensure employees understand the rationale behind changes and how those changes contribute to the company's long-term success.
Act as a strategic partner to other departments, helping to align financial priorities with operational and business goals.
Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive team, operational leaders, and external partners, to ensure financial goals are aligned with the company's mission.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in high financial leadership roles, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in using ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar) to drive operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.
Strong experience in financial controls with experience in navigating periods of financial difficulty and driving improvements in EBITDA.
Experience in leading financial transformations and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency within the finance department.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, including navigating organizational change and building trust across functions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $225000.00
Benefits - company will have the ability to offer full medical, dental, health, vision and 401k benefits for this individual. Bonus opportunity will be based on company and individual performance
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Menomonee Falls,WI.
