Job Description: As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
Running and inspecting production tasks of simple to medium complexity according to setup sheets and work instructions.
Ensuring products meet quality specifications and completing paperwork using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Starting machines to produce sample products and measuring them for conformance with specifications.
Inspecting wire or tube samples using a microscope with 20x magnification.
Adjusting settings of dies on controls to meet product specifications and quality standards.
Observing machine operations for malfunctions and inspecting products for defects.
Completing applicable job paperwork and daily production reports.
Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and working safely.
Focusing on quality and minimizing scrap, Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), and paperwork errors.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Following instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and adhering to company policies and safe labor practices.
Work Environment: You will be working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with various machines for stretching wires and metal tubes. ty.
