Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization's commitment to quality and safety.
Job Title: Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Rate: $24.20/hr
What's the Job?
Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, and related medical device assemblies.
Ensure that job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues.
What's Needed?
High school degree or equivalent required.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software.
Ability to prioritize work based on sequencing and importance.
Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
