Meta Manager, Product Growth in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

We are seeking a talented leader who thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product design and growth marketing to join our Product Growth team at Meta. This person will be accountable for driving success of our communications platform - one of the most powerful marketing tools in the world, helping drive adoption and engagement for the family of apps around the world. The role requires using a mix of skills including people leadership, analysis, creative product ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in the role is tied directly to product goals and the team rewards results-based performance. Required Skills:

Manager, Product Growth Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and grow a high-performing team of product growth analysts

  2. Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-organizational alignment

  3. Drive long term growth of Meta products through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences

  4. Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy

  5. Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth

  6. Enable execution on high-impact projects by building strong cross-functional relationships, driving clarity on goals, and implementing collaborative solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years experience as a people manager

  2. 8+ years experience working in an analytical or product role

  3. Experience in effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals

  4. Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets

  5. Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions

  6. Creative product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience

  7. Experience communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction

  8. Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)

  9. Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience in a product or analytics role

Public Compensation:

$157,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
