Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support the directors in the Office of the CEO. The successful candidate will be an excellent problem-solver and an organizational force given complex team needs, heavy volume and the need to support a variety of tasks across the office and many cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be extremely flexible, have exceptional communication skills, excel at culture and team building and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.

Required Skills:

  1. Schedule internal and external meetings for multiple directors

  2. Team support for meetings, agendas, notes

  3. Team support for travel, expenses and purchase requisitions

  4. Team support for large offsite events

  5. Organize space planning

  6. General office duties

  7. Build team relationships and cross-functional relationships between departments

  8. Manage culture and team building

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives, event or facilities management

  2. 4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

  3. 4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

  4. Experience prioritizing multiple projects

  5. Experience with Microsoft Office

  6. Experience in administrative support, consulting, and other client-facing role

  7. Experience in project and process management

  8. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS

  2. Experience providing team administrative support to an executive office

  3. Experience in calendar and expense report management for an executive office
