The field coordinator is responsible for mentoring and supporting individuals with mental illnesses and disabilities with client-centered goals. The field coordinator will act as the liaison between client, guardian and case managers and third parties to ensure the quality of care. The field coordinator will assist the clients with developing a goal plan that includes client autonomy and supports the client with improving their quality of life. The position of a field coordinator has the flexibility of scheduling their hours. Full-time field coordinator will get a caseload of 36 billable hours, and part-time field coordinator will start at 20-25 billable hours.
