Amergis Classroom Aide - On Call $17 hr. in Mendota, California
This Position Is On-Call: You are not Guaranteed a shift everyday. It will Vary.
Job Title: Classroom Aide
Location: Mendota, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Assignment will be till End Of School year (June)
Pay: $17 per hour
Experience:
· Past experience working with kids or being in a classroom setting
· Paraprofessional Experience is a PLUS
· Experience working in Special Needs Setting is a PLUS
Requirements:
· High School Diploma/College Diploma (MUST HAVE A COPY OF DIPLOMA OR TRANSCRIPT)
· CPR/BLS certification (a plus, but will be required)
· Must have experience working with kids
· Must have reliable transportation (MUST)
· Ability to work with students in a classroom or 1-on-1 setting
· Comfortable with diapering and assisting with toileting
·
Responsibilities:
· Support classroom activities and assist the teacher in implementing educational plans.
· Work with students in both group and individual settings.
· Provide assistance with toileting and diapering, ensuring the well-being and comfort of students.
· Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
· Ensure the safety and supervision of students during classroom activities.
