Responsible for reporting all safety, quality and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to hourly compensation, benefits, and leaves; disciplinary matters; employee relations; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Handles employment-related inquiries from hourly and salary employees which may include complex and/or sensitive matters. Maintains a high level of confidentiality with all matters. Administers internal and external job postings and support the Talent Acquisition Team with Affirmative Action Plan data. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with Department Managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
