The HSE Manager will assist the Sr. HSE Manager in overseeing all facets of health and safety for facility personnel by administering established health and safety initiatives. At least 70% of time is required to be spent in the production environment performing standard work consisting of items listed below (not an all-inclusive list): Workplace Inspections Risk Assessments - New and Updating Safety Walks with Plant Leadership Safety Walks - Safety Team Contractor Inspections Programmed Safety Focused Audits (TC Program based) Management of Change (Machines, work areas, etc.) Updating safety communications and contractor safety boards Managing employee\'s safety concerns At least 20% of time will be required to handle environmental tasks Read/understand applicable permits Perform weekly inspections of Hazardous Waste Storage Areas Perform Stormwater Inspections Sign Waste Manifests Perform environmental/DOT training Prepare and submit required reports monthly/quarterly/semiannual/annually. Chemical approval review for safety and environmental impacts Gather/record environmental data (Monthly air emissions, Oxidizer readings, etc.) Periodic review of government websites for regulation...
