Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves a variety of accounting duties from processing customer applications to maintaining accurate customer records and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities

• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process

• Use NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software for accounting tasks

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing

• Assist with other accounting duties as required. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is required

• Proficiency in General Ledger management and Journal Entries

• Must be able to handle Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and ADP Workforce Now is a must

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required

• Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
