A leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands is looking for On-site Facility Service Specialist.
Job Title: On-site Facility Service Specialist
Location: Memphis, TN
Shift / Pay Range: 7 am to 3.30 pm (M-F) - US$33.00/h
What’s the Job?
Complete assignments from job order requests, encompassing all aspects of basic building maintenance and occupant support.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to electrical, HVAC and plumbing equipment or system as assigned.
Ability to read circuit schematics and diagrams.
Repair, replace defective electrical switches and outlets.
Professional-level handyman work with a focus on low-voltage electrical systems.
What’s Needed?
HSD or equivalent / At least 18 years of age
Respond to requests from building occupants for assistance an emergency repair on a 24x7 on call basis
A valid driver's license and realible transportation to go to work
5+ years in building maintenance
Proficient with NFPA 70 (Make sure it is highlighted in the resume)
