ABOUT THE ROLE

CBRE is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Technician. As the world's leading commercial real estate services company, CBRE is committed to providing outstanding maintenance and upkeep for our clients' properties.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform regular upkeep of all exterior grounds including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and trees, planting flowers and shrubs.

  • Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure accurate functioning.

  • Keep parking lots clean and free of debris.

  • Repair or replace damaged signs or walkways.

  • Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting walls or repairing minor plumbing issues.

  • Report any major repair needs to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in landscaping or related field preferred.

  • Experience in groundskeeping/maintenance role preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
