Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Memphis, TN area . We are hiring for all shifts and the pay rate is $26-30/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are an HVAC Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain and repair refrigeration equipment
Perform major and minor preventive maintenance while processing and completing work orders
Order equipment, supplies and repair modules
Read & interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
Install climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment
Observe and test newly installed systems
Troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC equipment failures
Maintain stock levels
Replace worn seals, outer shells, and worn out motors
Compressor change outs
Pull vacuums to proper micron levels for startup
Inform clients of repair costs and alternate cooling options
Remove old systems
Install new systems
Work on large packaging units
Service chillers
Weigh refrigerants to properly charge systems
Leak check systems
Clean condensers
Identify issues with capacitors
Fan blades change out
Understanding of relays and control boards
Requirements
HVAC/R certified and up to date EPA License
3+ years of experience
Basic hand tools, temp probes, micron gauge, gauges, and tube cutters
All PPE
